Plus - without iron. It's hard to source a multi-vitamin without iron in a very good quality product. Minus - the recommended dose is three capsules daily which means a 90 capsule container lasts only a month. It can also be inconvenient. Expensive. Verdict - Doctor's Best is a very reliable and high quality manufacturer so will continue to buy these multi-vitamins even though they are expensive and you have to take three a day.

AMAZING QUALITY!
More expensive than most others on the market, but well worth the cost due to the high quality, high absorption ingredients used. I personally don't take the recommended three capsules per day, as it seems rather excessive when you look at the RDA's. Don't waste your money on cheaper alternatives!
