With three pet chickens, this is the perfect size to put in a shallow feed pan in their poultry house during the winter months of New England. Just add LIXIT and MIXIT to provide hens with a dust bath that is everything they need to stay healthy
I am not allowed by city to allow my hens to free roam. I had to find a way to make a dust bath area for my girls. I mix 50/50 dirt and sand then add LIXIT and MIXIT.
