Not too easy to clean
The functions of this item are brilliant ! The quality and VFM are excellent. Easy to use and removable blades and food tray are simple to keep clean. However, the little corners on the sliding plate make it quite difficult to get the smaller pieces that fall off the food cleaned. The small brush provided does help though. Good little machine
Machine itself is easy to operate if you follow the instructions,like everything its trial and error for which blade to use for its intended vegetable prep. One slight problem was putting the cut vegetable on the holding fork then lining it up with blade at the same time as sliding the blade toward vegetable,seems you need 3 hands. Cleaning can be a bit fiddly,but the blade assembly just rinses under tap so no problem. Not as robust as I would have liked but never the less does the job. Brilliant value for money
Easier than doing it by hand but it doesn’t take long vegetables, they have to be cut to length to fit in the machine and you get left with a 5mm disc of vegetable on the holding spike. Easy to clean.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Poor design and quality
Ideal machine if you have a helper or three hands. Difficult centering the veg whilst also pressing 'clutch' button and moving carriage. On third time of using it I found that the three pronged rotating 'Fork' had a tine broken off. This now means that it is difficult to get the veg prepared in one go without having to keep stopping and re-centering.
