Great Ultralight Pad

No where near as good as expected
I was expecting so much from this pad having read how 'technical' and well designed it was. I don't question the quality - it is robust but just doesn't give reasonable support despite it's claims. The built in 'pillow' isn't, it's just a small lump in the top of the pad so you still need a proper pillow. The first night I tested it was on the bedroom floor - by 2.30am I was back in bed with chronic backache! I could have been sleeping on the floor for all the support it gave. What made it so much worse was the lack of interest from the supplier 'haveagoodn' they responded initially to say they would contact the manufacturer, but despite my re-contacting them, I am being ignored - worse still, I had even enquired if I would be better buying a second pad to help with support - so they have even passed over the chance of another sale! It's very dissapointing and if I can get some reaction, will be returning it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
