Smittybilt Tent
The tent came very quickly, it is an easy set up, took about 1.5 hours, mounts very securely to the top of your rack system, opens easy and the set up isn't too hard you just need to do it a couple of times and it gets easier. I have yet been able to take it out and use it. The accessories that come with the tent are great. Jumped on the highway and the covering did not move at all, I was a little hesitant with it since it is secured in place with Velcro but it worked, still wish they had straps to hold it in place.

Nice Quality, Fits Jeep Wrangler Perfectly
I had compared this to the Yakima, which was over twice the price. The Smittybilt seems to me as better quality. The fabric is more stout, the ladder is easier to use, and easier on bare feet. The tent sets up quickly and easily. My only complaint was that I cut my hand on the stamped stainless steel hinge, which had a sharp burr. Love it
After 2-3 years, I've used this tent for regional 1-night trips, long weekends and an across the country trip to AZ and back through the mountains of Colorado. The tent is made of quality materials and the workmanship is good. Set up takes 10 minutes, and a bit longer that that to pack it all in again. It's waterproof and warm. I leave my bed made up before i fold it back up so is all ready after a long day on the trail ~ or campground, plus the added thickness of the pillows and sleeping bag seem to make the thick vinyl cover fit better too.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Convenient, compact, cool
Okay, this is very convenient to deploy, compact for storage and road trips, and cool for both senses of the word. It can be chilly at night in cold places, and it can get you a ton of compliments atop of a Jeep Wrangler.

Good value compared to other tents on the market
Quality is good. Not the same as a tepid tent that will cost 3 times more but not bad either. The stairs feel a bit flimsy and I wish there were more holes at the bottom to place the mounting bars .
