Great kit for your personal knowledge.
This is a great kit if you just want a test for your own knowledge. It is guaranteed accurate. Normally they can do an accurate test with just the father and child swabs although this kit has enough swabs for three people. They have a lot of information on the Identigene website (FAQ) and also good customer service on the phone if you still have a question. Lab Fee cost - printed on the front of the box includes online results posted on a private website where you can privately log in, view, print, and download the results for a 90 day period. If you want a paper copy mailed to you there is a hefty additional fee. The results does not have your name on it. If you want certified results that you can take to court do not purchase this kit. This kit is just as accurate as the court admissible but an admissible test must be collected by a professional third party such as a doctor's office and they ship it directly to the lab without you having possession of the kit. In that case the professional doing the swabbing will provide the test kit. Unfortunately the fee for a court admissible test is quite a bit more (like three of four times the cost of you purchasing a kit and sending it to the lab yourself.) If you need testing for court evidence, before you purchase this kit you should find out what your court / state requires. Lab address - there is a postage free envelope in the box for mailing the samples to the lab, but the lab moved in 2016 and the kit that I purchased in early 2017 had the old address in Utah. You can still use that postpaid envelope to ship for free. It will just take an extra day for the lab to receive your samples. The Utah location on the envelope overnights all swabs received in Utah to the new lab in Ohio. I saw the new lab's address on their website before I mailed mine so I choose to use my own envelope and postage to get it to the new Ohio lab (which I live closer to). I mailed my samples on a Monday and they received them on Friday morning. The test results were online for me to view on Tuesday of the following week at 5pm. So including the mailing time mine took 6 business days from when I mailed it. If you are in a rush for an extra $30 fee they will do the lab work in one day instead of their normal 2 to 2 1/2 days (Or consider using a one or two day mailing service instead which in my case would have cut two or three days off the shipping time.)Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A peace of mind is always needed in this life. Especially, when a baby could be "your sons child"...and the baby is almost ready to be born within the next 4-5 weeks when you found out your gonna be a grandma at 39yrs young and you didn't have time to process it all by the time she's finally born.
