You have to spring for Bushnell
I have tried to save money on laser range finders. There are several on the market for around $100. Unfortunately, you probably won’t like to use any of them…except the Bushnell V4. This one locks onto the flagstick and vibrates when it has done so. That way you don’t measure the distance to a tree limb behind the green and think you’ve got the distance to the flag. Have you ever had trouble holding a laser still while you shoot the distance to a flag? The Bushnell V4 can easily be held steady with one hand. So, this thing operates perfectly. I almost gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for one reason: it costs so much. I found a pretty clean one on eBay at half the normal price and bought it. Excellent Rangefinder - Jolt is essential
Works better than the V5, don't buy that piece of junk. This has Jolt which vibrates when flag is ranged, I find this an essential feature most other version don't have.
