My only criticism ...and its a tiny one... is...
how quickly the drink cools down. I bought this especially for work because I am: 1. super clumsy and having a sealed-ish top has saved me a lot of hot tea in my lap or all over table tops... and 2. I have a reactive job so constantly darting to and fro doing jobs..having a drink still hot to come back to and hour later is ace. However...I've noticed it doesn't keep it that warm for much longer. So for those of you who would normally drink hot drinks like there was no tomorrow, this mug is brill. For those of us who could leave a mug standing due to unpredictable jobs, after 1 hour, still toasty warm...after 2...not so much. But otherwise super!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Big .light weight .looks good
Wasn't as good as expected from this brand.Ok for office use type. Used cup 3 times .day old it been shot in cupboard. Be good for camping as won't knock over so easy .fault in the sipping holes as they don't tightly shut leaving it to pour out the sip holes if tilted to much.which probaly reason doesnt stay hot for to long.lid stays firmly on which is good.Love the style colours .but I'm bk using my pound oneVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Brilliant mug dropped my last one from a great height and broke the handle and cracked the side, hence I needed another one. They are very robust but not from a great height.
