    Excellent tool

    If you care about true repeatability of your reloaded ammunition, you need to use this tool. It makes comparing your loaded lengths a breeze. Also when used with the Hornady chamber length gauge you can set up your seating dies for optimum throat setback. I am finding these tools to be invaluable when getting the best accuracy out of my Thompson Center Pro-Hunter barrels and other rifles. Above all they are simple to use and produce results.

    A great tool

    I am a bench loader and RCBS man from way back but lately I have discovered that Hornady has some great tools. This comparator set has changed my views about using my RCBS set. It's built strong and and allows quick checks and most of all it's easy to use and accurate. If you don't own a set, then get one...you'll be glad you did.

    Easy to use and a Must Have!

    Fantastic Product!

    This is a fantastic product. If you reload rifle ammo you diffently need one of these. It is really important to be able to measure to bullet ogive. Especially if you load soft point or any type of plastic tipped bullets like hornady nosler, or Barnes. A lot of times the plastic tips are bent or smashed so you can not get accurate case over all length. If you want accurate rounds you need 1 of these.

    Great for precision loads

    The first one I got was bent and eventually broke even with careful handling. I returned it and got a replacement in 2 days. It makes making custom loads for each rifle easy. I also got the anvil to check OAL to the ogive for consistency.

    Reload the right way!!!!!

    To measure the jump between your bullet and barrel is critical for tight groups at the target. you cant do that without this tool.

    Definitly improves accuracy of reloads.
