Its a good product but old , I wish I bid lower due to cost and then shipping comes out to price of a new machine ! I had one but it finally went bad so I looked in stores no one sells this particular one any more , Im glad i found this even though its a much older model ! It withstands firm pressure when in use , sometimes you need to apply firm pressure in certain spots and it also heats up well just use red caps !
