5 star pencils
These are probably the best wax coloured pencils on the market today. Ideal for serious work at a good price. They came very well packed to prevent any damage which is vitally important. They blend and layer well and used in conjunction with watercolour are absolutely beautiful. Many of the colours are quite opaque, and they are all strong -- it does not take much to get a really heavy coverage. A really good buy!

Outstanding quality
Yes these pencils are very expensive – but they're worth every penny. Good opacity and strong colours, so they look great on black paper as well as white, and they blend very smoothly. The box of 40 has a reasonable range of colours and you can easily collect a few more from open stock if necessary.

Very Expensive
On a par with the best coloured pencils I've used, but very expensive in comparison. Fortunately I'm filthy rich. This drawing was created using these pencils exclusively. I was able to get a smooth and even wash on the red bike tank by using white spirit to spread the pigment before a final top layer to finish.

A Colourist’s dream
These are quality pencils. Colour lays down easily and feels like soft butter. Blend easily and colours are vivid. Pencils are made from Cedarwood and have a lovely aroma. Guaranteed lightfast. Sturdy box with cushioned trays to protect the pencils.
