No more Rodents.
Before I bought this item my yard was being torn up from moles I used this item as described and it worked great. I've seen no more activity like fresh mounds or trails my yard has leveled out and looks great again. Just remember not to run your car no more then 30 to 45 seconds that should be enough gas to kill anything underground you don't want to cause engine problems for your car follow the directions and everything should turn out just fine.Verified purchase: Yes

Defense at Last
I am really excited to at last have a chance to defend my plants and yard from the voles and and moles that have destroyed and killed so many of my beautiful plants. I haven't had this exhaust system long enough to know the full extent of how effective it will be but I am really giving it a full all out effort. I have tried every thing you can imagine,bates, poison, thumpers with and without spears, battery and solar noise makers. Everything so far is simply a short term distraction. I have almost 5 acres and up to now I have only been moving the little critters from one part of the property to another section of the property. Connected it to my truck, connected the hose, stuffed the end of the hose into a mole run, fired up the truck & watched most of the first quartet, moved the hose to another mole run & finished the 1st quarter. Depends on the car you use
Works amazingly well with an old car and single exhaust pipe. We tried it with a 2002 Honda Accord ULEV, and nothing happened to voles or the Honda. Then we hooked up a 1996 Volvo 850 once in 2006 and the voles never came back for 10 years after. However, the back pressure broke the oxygen sensor in the exhaust system the Volvo 850.
