Bought this to write on wood, words, maybe pictures. Don't know what I was expecting but it's not easy to use. because it needs to be hot you have to do things slowly, it therefore makes it hard to get neat continuity. you have to keep going over the words to get it to burn into wood. As I said I don't know what I was expecting, but easy it aint!

It did work as in it got hot enough to burn but only hot enough to draw with without the extra tips on, the little stand is a bit flimsy also. It’s fairly well made. Feels fine to hold .

I only used it twice then it stopped working I asked for information as to why it wont work all I got from them was change the fuse they are not vary help full I wont buy any thing else from them if they stop working after a couple of goes I feel as if I have wasted my money on poor quality goods

Worked 2 times, then completely stopped. Changed fuse as supplied ( did they know this was a problem?) no power... don't waste your money on utter rubbish.
