Buttons are large phone looks easy to use but.... this is the big but... no instructions how to programme in a new number. Texting is confusing and return / back button not clearly identified charger USB lead really short and plug ugly and awkward. Excellent.
This is very light weight but ideal for those with sight problems as there is the facility where the phone will ‘speak’ the number you are dialling, as well as having big buttons. Easy to use but very low volume on calls which is not suitable for hard of hearing
It is smaller than I thought it would be for an elderly person but adequate. Setting it up is not explained very well in the instructions but was fairly simple to find your way round the options.
