Works fine - good value for money.
Good quality product that serves its purpose (took me 2 weeks to make a roast after receipt). The only downside is that it is a bit on the small side for a large joint or bird. Sides of the bags not sealed.
I’m afraid the bags supplied to me were not fit for purpose. If you tried to put food into them the food fell out because the sides were not sealed properly. If you have received these bags and you need to use them right away, then what you can do is to put each bag between two bits of metal with the side protruding ~ 2mm and the run a small flame along the protruding edge. This melts the two bits of plastic together, and then the bag seems strong enough to use. Whatever happened to quality control ?Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I used to use these many years ago and thought them brilliant. More recently I came across them by accident and wondered why I'd stopped using them - probably because the children had grown and I no longer did large family roasts. I now use them for small portions, just for my husband and me. I also introduced them to my husband, an ex-chef, he thinks they're brilliant too! They Don't Keep the Juices in
First bag I tried split at the seam before I had even finished putting a chicken in it so I put another one over the top. That seemed fine until I lifted the chicken out of the tray after it was cooked and the juices started running out of the bottom.
