Happy bunny - it us Easter :)
I've used the cheaper mirka equivalent for years with abranet which is great but uses certain size sanding strips. I also use a festool rts400 240v sander and this block means I can use the festools sanding sheets which is very handy when I don't need a powered sander. It fits the thinner mirka hose or with the supplied adaptor I can use the festool 27mm hose. I can also use the pad savers and interface pad from the rts 400 as the holes all line up which will help to protect the hook and loop. Price is a bit high but I've used these block sanders attached to a vac or extractor for years and they have easily paid for themselves to keep the dust down and work cleanly.

Very good for decorating and sanding filler on walls etc, especially if you use the granat paper. Down side is that the velcro base will wear after a while and it is rather expensive for a consumable
