  • My go to crayons.

These are my go to crayon. I love their versatility. Use them dry, use them dry then wet it, use them directly on wet paper or as a paint block. Beautiful colours that feel good as you lay down the colour. The tin is good and strong and look beautiful when laid out ready for use. The colours aren't as intense as Derwent Inktense but sometimes you need something a bit more subtle. First class.

  • "From a novice"

As an oil painter I thought I would give this medium a try. Although early days it is clear these are great quality. They appear to be very flexible in terms of colour depth and tone, blending easily and doing exactly what it says 'on the tin'!

  • They do what is says n the tin !

This is the second set I have purchased which is a good indication if my satisfaction. I highly recommend them for all ages above say 8 years. Use them as just crayons if you are new to them but the real advantage is to follow on with your paint brush . Personally, I find it more creative and satisfactory than using straight watercolour paints Be patient though, experiment until you develop your own technique. You will eventually create stunning pictures. Excellent Christmas present - Not cheap but they last a long time .
