My mistake
I got the receiver in good shape quickly. The price was right. However, and this is my error, I did not make sure that the model was compatible. Shame on Logitech. you'd think a model R800 is an R800 but the real model number is under the batteries and after much digging on Logitech's website, they say that there are two different receivers. Of course I needed the different one. After finding this out I came back here and sure enough the seller points it out. So I guess I have only myself and Logitech to blame. This is my 3rd R800 presenter. Lost one. Bought two but somehow lost the receiver for one. So, to be fair, I'm giving the seller 5 stars but giving myself one.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Easy to sync replacemnt receiver
If you have lost or damaged the receiver for your Logitech presenter, I would recommend buying a replacement receiver rather than a whole new unit. All you have to do is download the small program from the Logitech website and it will program the usb receiver to match your existing unit. The only thing you have to keep in mind is that your unit is the correct model for the receiver you buy.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
