Vey good sturdy madeleine tin.. I have got consistent results..just grease the pan then lightly dust with flour.. Add your cake mix and bake... Now.. Let me tel you, my lovely grown up kids have.. Borrowed.. My baking tin... No chance of getting it back..the moral of the story is.. Keep it to yourself.. And also they make super presents cos when you have made some madeleines people say..
