Removes centrelock rotor from Shimano M788 rear hub.
I have a Shimano M788 rear hub with a centrelock disc rotor. I already have two cassette removers, but these wouldn't fit over the protruding axle end cap in order to remove the rotor. I took a punt on this tool after reading a few reviews online, and am pleased to say it fits perfectly, allowing me to remove the disc rotor easily. This seems to be a common problem on many hubs fitted with centrelock rotors. With the tool being long, I prefer to use one of my other tools to remove a cassette, as it fits closer and has less chance of slipping. I've measured this tool with a digital caliper. The internal diameter where it fits over the axle end cap is 19.6mm, and the internal length is 23.6mm.
