More plastic that it’s predecessor
Used to replace an old Silavent extraction unit from the late 90’s. Fitting was relatively easy, but quality of the parts and solenoid not as good as the old one. Only time will tell as old unit pasted 22 years, recon this might do circa 10 based on internal parts.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

does the job, expensive and doesnt last too long
it does what it says on the tin and works with long distances to outside walls, ie in blocks of flats. I only buy these as this is what was fitted when the flats were built, but these do not last well, spare parts are not available and they are not cheap.
