This is a high quality product. I bought as a gift for a friends elderly dog. It's the size of a tennis ball in Small size and ideal for older dogs as being hollow it is lighter to carry in their mouth, soft to grip and easy for them to see. These balls with holes are the safest that a dog can play with as there is no chance that they can not breath with the ball in their mouth. The only thing to watch for is a dog that chews but the way the ball is made, the pieces that may be swallowed are usually fairly small and pass through without trouble!
