Theses trucks are brilliant & bigger than I thought they wud be so can't wait to have theses bad boys going around the track . Be better if you cud Get a trailer to go with them more fun . Let the good times roll 😁
Relatively cheap and robust, these trucks are great fun to race on track and quite stable considering how tall they are. It is worth checking your circuit has enough height clearance as these trucks are nearly twice as tall as a normal Scalextric car. On the subject of height, the front axle sits too low in the chassis, this means that the guide doesn't sit down in the slot properly and on digitised versions lap counting can be erratic as the LED is too far away from the track sensors. Grinding a few millimetres of rubber off the front tyres fixes this issue. Another quality issue is buckled rear wheels/axles, most of these trucks appear to have this problem but it doesn't affect the performance too much. Turn the axle by hand to make sure that the rear tyres are not binding on the mudguards.
Don't let these quality control issues put you off though, these trucks are terrific fun!
