Hygiplas food thermometer is an essential for a carnivore diet.
This latest purchase was to replace the same model I have had for 10 years, which still works if you wiggle the wire to the probe ( The wire is obviously broken inside the cable casing and contact is intermittent), so durability is excellent, the break probably due to my rough handling rather than faulty design.
