I'm new to acrylic paints and struggled at first with paints drying out on my palette. I think I learned about wet pallets on You Tube and thought I would try one. The Masterson's is fairly large for what I do (model soldier painting) but I suppose it does let me use it many times before cleaning or replacing the paper. The masterson keeps damp for weeks and the paint sometimes for days. Be careful with the lid as although a fairly tight fit its not water proof so if you leave it on its side the water finds its way out. That said I'm very pleased with the the Masterson Wet Palette.

I have used a number of pallets and was expecting good things for this Masterson article . I was disappointed with the size and really wanted something a bit bigger . The sponge and paint sheet are good , it also seals well . I followed carefully with regards to the amount of water to be used, but it made the paint too runny . So beware !

I have tried working with a home made wet pallet, but this item is far superior and works very well indeed. I use it for acrylic paints when painting model figures and as a result save a great deal of wasted paint and the pallet ensures that the paint is always of the same consistency nd does not dry out as with a dry pallet. No need to keep adding water and when you're finished for a while just clip on the lid and that's it. Highly recommended.

This is a vital piece of kit! Keeps my paints moist for over a week with the lid closed. I love it!!

Its great for painting, way better than my homemade one. I use it for miniature painting and it helps alot by letting me paint a bit whenever I feel like it. Must have if you can paint for short periods of time every couple of days.
