Good value for money, Oh Yes Yes it does perform very well. Keeps my FX-8350 below 55c GTAV max settings Is it quiet...... NO !! There is a crappy thin plastic body to this head pump, it amplifies the pump noise, it can be dampened down by; 1. cutting a craft foam pad to size and fixing it to the outside of the pump. or 2. This pump does not have to run at full speed, control the speed with a fan controller, whether that be Speed Fan software or a manual fan switch. MY pump is running at 1200 / 1300 rpm. it runs quieter and does not affect performance

Back to basics
this version is good like for P4 not high end systems. Looks more likely from comics then from real computer world. Its performance might do well for somebody else but in this case didnt meet my requirements. Price/performance you exactly get what you pay for.

Good temps
Just bought this for my i5 4670k overclocked to 4.2ghz at 1.190v and I am very pleased with the temps which improved by about 5 degrees from my arctic freezer 13. I get about 25 degrees idle and about 55 - 60 degrees under full load. Great cooler for £40!
