Just wehat I needed
As a custom knife maker I purchased this for scrimshaw and engraving. The fierld of view is excellent. I can get my hand piece underneath it to work. It is clear, light enough to move around easily, yet heavy enough to stay exactly where i want it. This is not a high dollar complex piece of equipment. Rather it is a working tool that should give me years of use and still be going strong after I retire. It is simple, usable and workable. For molecular biology, buy something else.
