Easy and quick to use.
I use lots of coconut oil and usually buy a big jar of it. Sometimes I need it quickly and don't have time to let it cool after melting - that's where this liquid coconut oil is so useful. Very useful in certain recipes requiring a coconut oil that doesn't solidify.
