Nitroglycerin tablet holder
My cardiologist told me about this holder, not the brand, but that they existed. I only carry the pills out of an abundance of caution. The heart Dr. said that if I carry the bottle in my pocket, the pills will get all broken up from bouncing around in the bottle. So, he told me about these little tubes. They have an O-ring seal to keep moisture out and give the pills better shelf life. If I needed one, the most I would take is three. Take one, wait five minutes and if no help take two more. So, even if the pills in the tube got broken up, I have plenty in the bottle at home. it is a metal tube because the pills deteriorate in sunlight. The little tube works great and though I don't keep mine on a key chain, there is a hold in the cap for that purpose.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Won't fall off your key ring!
I had a similar nitro case that attached to my key ring with a little stiff wire ring. My doctor said it was time to give me a new nitro prescription because it had been two years since the last one. When I went to put the new pills in the old nitro case the case was gone. Who knows where or when it had come off but the little metal ring had spread apart enough for the nitro case to come off and I had not noticed it was gone.
