Well made and robust
It has a galvanised metal drum fitted with 3 UK sockets and covers. Relatively easy to attach my own cable, and the free moving drum allows the cable to be taken up easily, and a clip is supplied to secure the plug end of the cable to the drum edge for storage.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Well made product, but how long will it last. When product advertised by Brennenstuhl as reel made from galvanised steel, that's what I was hoping for. In reality only the sides are made from that. The rest of the reel is plastic. Time will tell how strong it is. When I have had plastic reels they all break. Just what I wanted to replace my old plastic reel that was falling to pieces. The only thing that I could not figure out for quite a long time was the red plastic clip that was inside.
