Preparation H is my preferred gel, I find it more effective than other brands, unfortunately it is proving increasingly more difficult to obtain from shops, it is relatively easy to obtain from eBay

Super remedy for haemorrhoids
Have had haemorrhoids for the last couple of years. Have tried everything under the sun including preparations from Eastern Europe at over £40 for a small jar. They all have problems the main one being too thick leaving you very uncomfortable. Preparation H is by far the best product. It's a gel and you only need a small amount. Considerably reduced problem to near removal. Would never buy anything else.

Immediately Soothing
This gel is the only product I have found that soothes the tender area immediately and heals in a short time. Thank goodness we can still buy it on line as no shops seem to stock it. I couldn't be without it, even take it on holiday just in case!
