Very useful to have around
If you import or buy on holiday low power electrical stuff from the USA, Canada, etc., for example, computer gear, radios or radio control gear that comes with an adapter that can only accept 115 - 120V ac, this converter will come in very handy for test purposes or temporary use until you can fix up a permanent arrangement. It seems to be quite robust and well made although I would hesitate to recommend it for permanent use. It is clearly not waterproof either, so it will not be suitable for use in kitchens, showers and bathrooms. Also, be very careful to check that whatever you intend to use it for does not exceed this units wattage capabilities. This would exclude hair dryers, travel kettles, etc. Having said all the above, at the price, it is a great buy.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
