Seems well-made and OK price
This is magnetic which means iron of some type. I'd guess sintered iron given it's shape and surface appearance. An appropriate choice versus pot metal of some others. Used it a few times with no problem and no signs of wear. For a few dollars more than the cheap weird-brand ones, why take the chance?

Close to perfect
This tool is good quality and works as it is designed. One improvement one be to include a 1/2" drive socket receiver to accept a torque wrench without using an additions socket. After purchasing this one I bough another brand with that feature.
