Deluxe Plastic Magic
Dries too quickly and you have to keep applying to get a good join. It struggles to cope with fine detail and I ended up using Humbrol adhesive to secure a broken wheel strut to a model of a harrier jet. It is good for securing the pivot pin on oo gauge track points as it welded together the pin to the fulcrum lever. Really impressed
I only recently heard about Plastic Magic, so I thought I'd get some and see what it was like. It works beautifully as a polystyrene cement on model kits. It has a capillary action in a similar way to Tamiya Extra Thin, but smells a lot less. A really great liquid cement
If you are a modeller and want a fantastic liquid cement, this stuff is great. I tried it a couple of years ago and it is now one of my two preferred liquid cements, the other being Tamiya extra thin. This stuff is so good, though, that the Tamiya may be on its way out!
