Dries too quickly and you have to keep applying to get a good join. It struggles to cope with fine detail and I ended up using Humbrol adhesive to secure a broken wheel strut to a model of a harrier jet. It is good for securing the pivot pin on oo gauge track points as it welded together the pin to the fulcrum lever. Overall it is expensive for what it is and I wouldn't buy it again.

I only recently heard about Plastic Magic, so I thought I'd get some and see what it was like. It works beautifully as a polystyrene cement on model kits. It has a capillary action in a similar way to Tamiya Extra Thin, but smells a lot less. I have found it to be very good at cementing clear parts on model kits without clouding the pieces as some plastic cements do.

The best Glue yet! sticks fast so test fit first!! I had my 1/72 IXC/40 Revell U-Boat conning tower done in 20 minutes.. only one gripe use a bigger brush for the larger parts like decks. the plastic magic is handy for detailing gluing small parts.

If you are a modeller and want a fantastic liquid cement, this stuff is great. I tried it a couple of years ago and it is now one of my two preferred liquid cements, the other being Tamiya extra thin. This stuff is so good, though, that the Tamiya may be on its way out! Try it and if you don't like it, you're only out a fiver or so.
