Nice quality for the money.
Packed in its protective blister packaging, this is a nicely presented 30w soldering kit by Amtech. Unpacking allows you to permanently attach the iron holder tube to the base, which itself handily contains a small completely removable tray for solder, spare bits (one supplied) etc behind a slide up door. The metal iron protecting ring is solid and sturdy, albeit with a plastic top collar, and the iron, which has a "soft grip" handle, engages reassuringly positively in the top collar and is held steady. There are two clever flip up crocodile clips on the base which would mostly be used to hold wire ends steady - a great idea. The base has four anti-slip rubber feet. All in all this kit presents itself as apparently great value, although I have not yet used it long term.

Ideal light duty iron
I bought this iron kit to do some small "mini DIN" connections for my electric bike. The needle point was perfect for the tiny lugs, and the swivel clips that detach from their cup holders were really useful. Other likes were the ample amount of solder supplied, the wiping sponge, and best of all, the stand. My only niggle is that the sponge could use something to keep it in the tray, (glue or Velcro)
