Plasticky!!
Only used it to try it.There doesn't appear to be any abrasion at all. Looks as if it is only plastic. Time will tell!!

A nice rub down
Great. Used for rubbing down spindles on old staircase to get rid of old varnish. Just needed several of them; but lot easier than sandpaper! Lasted pretty well as long as you weren't too heavy handed.
