These are great!!
I would recommend these to anyone, I glued these onto a couple of machines where the Velcro had worn off, the machines were like new again. Probably better off using these before the original pad gets worn out but saved the day and the machines great!!.

Don't trust reviews
I don't see why I need to write a book every time I review a product. It works. It's a product. If it wasn't any good then it would on the way back. You can't trust reviews anyway. People give 5* to junk as easily as 1* to good products solely based on the looks, delivery, expectations. Almost none are based on performance over time. Then any review that is genuinely honest fails to be published so what's the point. It's a one sided sales gimmick.

A must have item for any serious sanding
It is much cheaper to replace a pad saver than to replace the original hook pad which comes with the sander. Mirka pad saver works well with my 5 inch Metabo sander and all types of sanding paper I tried.

These will save you money
These are a must for any velcro based sanders as they definitely improve the life span of the sander base plate, different thicknesses for different uses which is also great in practice.

Mirka pad savers
These are pad savers not the cheapest but save you a fortune if you have to keep replacing the sanding pad. All mirka parts are expensive but you have to pay for descent tools
