I can't fault this product. It's so easy and efficient to use. The tank is big enough to produce steam for an hour before refill. The tube is long enough to manoeuvre the product over the walls. It's powerful and made removing wall paper that was stuck on for 10 years quite therapeutic as it just peeled away with no effort. Absolute rubbish
On arrival I unpacked and filled the water tank switched on only to find when reaching final temperature the steam came out of anywhere but the right place especially onto the electrical connection totally unsafe and of course unusable. Mostly perfect
I can't say it's light weight, because you aren't supposed to move it when it's on and full of water. It's light enough when empty to store etc though. Does the job it's designed to do, doesn't leak, I like that the long hose between the heating unit and the hand held black bit swivels well and stops it twisting up. I would have preferred a bit more depth to the handle on the black bit, if you have large hands you're going to catch your knuckles on the surface a few times and when it's hot it's uncomfortable. One of the best on the market
Easy to descale if using hard tap water . As far as I am concerned this is one of the better ones on the market and I,ve used a few . We use it everyday for steaming hay would you believe and it gets used twice a day and the last one lasted 14 months with two descales . It is the only one that has put up with major use .
