Good & Basic
My old phones gave up the ghost, so were replaced with this product. A good quality basic phone which does what it says on the tin. I did have a problem when a hard wired phone was connected through a 'T' connection as the hard wired phone took priority and cut out the Panasonic phone set......so it has been unplugged and the set works as it should. I found as with any new product that it took a little while to familiarise myself with the button functions as they did differ from the old phones. A good point is that you can hear the tone when they ring, so I miss less calls than previously!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I BOUGHT THESES AS A GIFT FOR MY MOTHER SO SHE WOULD HAVE TWO ADDITIONAL PHONES IN THE BEDROOM AND HALL WAY AND WOULD SAVE HER TRYING TO HURRY TO THE PHONE THE RINGING TONE IS VERY GOOD AND HAVE NO PROBLEMS HEARING THAT BUT WHEN YOU ARE SPEAKING TO SOMEONE ONE THE OTHER END OF THE CALL YOU CAN HARDLY MAKE OUT WHAT THEY ARE SAYING HAVING TO ASK THEM TO SHOUT,THEY ARE GOOD VALUE FOR THE PRICE YOU PAY BUT ONLY IF YOU WERE ABLE TO HEAR THE CALLER AT THE OTHER END,I HAVE SINCE WENT AND BOUGHT ANOTHER TRIPLE SET OF PHONES AS A REPLACEMENT DIFFERENT MAKE AND MODEL AS I FELT BAD THAT I HAD GIVEN AWAY THE PERFECTABLY GOOD SET SHE ALREADY HAD NOT ONLY MY MOTHER COULDNT HEAR THE PERSON AT THE OTHER END WAS SAYING ANYONE THAT WERE USING THE PHONES HAD THE SAME PROBLEM YOU WOULD THINK YOU WERE CALLING TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD AND SEEMS TO BE A ECHO AS IF THEY ARE FAR AWAY SO THEY ARE AWAY TO THE CHARITY SHOPVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Rubbish
This is the worst phone ever, but I guess you get what you pay for, it was pretty cheap and it looks, feels and sounds cheap, I actually expected something a wee bit better from Panasonic, I got this make as my last phone was a Panasonic and it lasted me 15 years, was more expensive of course, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this phone, unless you are really really skint!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
