It really works!
I originally borrowed this item as I was sceptical how well this would work and wondered if the rotating jets were just a gimmick. I needn’t have worried. It did a fabulous job restoring the colour to my patio and I have since purchased my own. This tool is much safer, quicker and gentler than using a jet wash lance on its own and it less likely to loosen any grouting. I found it best not to use a back and forth brushing action, just allow the head to gently traverse the area to be cleaned. This was a much easier action and caused less arm and backache when cleaning a large area. Very happy with purchase and would recommend it without reservation. It’s one of those tools that you wish you had found out about years ago and will really earn its place in your tool collection.

Nilfisk Mid Patio cleaner.
I have 120 18"x18" smooth slabs, they were marked when I bought the property. I have pressure washed a few with the Nilfisk lance but is quite messy with "splatter", although they cleaned up after 2-3 minutes on each slab. The patio cleaner looked a good item in the video I watched, what a disappointment, it is reluctant to move smoothly thereby leaving a washed ring on the slab. A lady that I know has had the identical problem although with a different make. I have a Nilfisk 110-4. which as a stand alone pressure washer seems fine.

Still working, unlike the one that came with the Nilfisk titan
Time will tell but the otiginal patio washer worked once, then despite water coming out of the jets and manual spinning freely they stopped spinning, apparently it is a common problem. This is just slightly larger but similar build quality, it does have the benefit of a flow restrictor, which may help as the original seems to have too much upward pressure to allow spinning

"Must have" accessory
If you possess a Nilfisk/Alto pressure washer, then investing in one of these cleaners is a must. I've had two; the "Triangular" one and this "circular" one. The new, circular version I found to be better and more powerful than the Triangular one despite using the same washer. There seemed to be less overspray too as the brush-like edging keeps the water in where it's needed. Very pleased with this unit; the Triangular one has gone to my son-in-law

Nilfisk Patio cleaner
My old one had some blockage in that I couldn't find, so I bought this. It just glides through leaving approx 12" clean strip, and stops the water going everywhere. The only downside is that these must come in different diameters, as this is slightly smaller than the old one, but it was cheaper than Screwfix and does a fine job.
