Fairly useful piece of equipment but could be better!
Well made and fairly easily put together.... attaching the pedals was the most difficult part. Works as expected, except that it is set at a fairly 'strong' level. For a gradual increase in level of effort required, it would have been much better to have steps with adjustable tension, so that someone like me (70 yrs.) could start off gently and gradually work up to a more demanding level. The arm ropes are also very taut and require a lot of effort to raise to a high enough level. Hopefully, my fitness will improve enough to get full benefit from the stepper. Still think it's a shame it's not adjustable!

The item arrived faulty.
Training ropes have different resistance ( length and thickness as well) . According to manufacturer that shouldn’t make any difference. How shall I use it then??? So that’s another problem to return it as we should stay at home during coronavirus pandemics . Please avoid !!!!
