I had high expectations as this is meant to be the Rolls Royce of taps, however the tails were only 3/8th inch BSP which means the hole in the tube is too narrow to have a good flow rate and with London hard water will soon clog up with calcium, also the tails were fixed to the tap and not independent. The nozzle contents were not as on the drawing in the instructions and was impossible to screw back on with the tap installed, as it was upside down and a poor thread. Lastly I would expect the tails to have a piece of blue tape and a piece of the red tap to denote hot and cold. On the plus side - the very long brass hexagonal retaining nut was very easy to install. If I went back to the independent tails I would have two O-rings when fitting to the tap.
