Piece missing!
I’ve bought this item for my boyfriend as a Xmas gift but not only the box was damaged (which I was aware) but the item seemed to be used as one piece is missing and the hole thing was a mess inside the box, totally untied out of protective plastic, etc... definitely has been used before... I was very disappointed when he opened and saw the state of it...
