birds just love this !
Great seed mix and excellent quality also smells really good. Seed looks fresh and of varied size (not dusty) No cheap fillers or twigs as I have unfortunately found in other so called quality brands ! The fat nuggets are a fine size and do not impede flow of feeders also they do not seem too soft/greasy, There are two sorts of fat nuggets - one contains fruit and the other insects. They seem especially good at attracting the birds. I have to restrain myself from giving second helpings as the only drawback is this seed goes VERY fast! Good but oats grow!
This is good quality seed mix and certainly doesn't contain wheat, but the big problem for me has been that it contains whole oats and a) the birds (even pigeons!) don't seem to like these and b) the oats germinate all around the bird tables and it's quite a job to keep getting rid of the seedlings as I don't use chemical weedkillers in my garden.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great quality - minimum waste
I've tried many, many birdfoods over the last few years but this one is definitely my favourite. It brings in many types of garden bird and is of high quality with minimal bulking cereals. The only problem I have is that the birds eat it so fast! The birds I see at the feeder include sparrows, blue tits, great tits, coal tits, goldfinches, robins, with occasional visits from a nuthatch and a woodpecker. I do get the collar doves, pigeons, and crows but they don't cause too much of a problem leaving plenty for the other ground feeders like the dunnets, blackbirds etc. I appreciate that each garden is different but I feel I get value for money and a lot of enjoyment....and no, I'm not paid to say this.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
