    A good value quality product

    I have in fact bought these before, I use them to help with my diabetes type 2, along with chromium and cinnamon. They are well priced, and being capsules rather than tablets, they don't taste when you take them (Fenugreek tablets are strong tasting!).

    Lindens Fenugreek (disappointed at lower quality product)

    They have changed the manufacturing process and the capsules look cheap and almost fake. Also fenugreek has a distinctive smell and the smell of the old product was strong, but this is much weaker indicating less strength and less potency. I wont be buying these any more, but will go to another brand.

    I think it's helping!

    I'm not 100% if it's the fenugreek or my body is doing as it's supposed to and my baby is bringing through all the milk he needs but I definitely noticed when exorcising my milk came through a lot quicker... although I'm not completely convinced just yet I am still willing to stick with it and that's why I'm buying 2 more packs.
