Great unit great value re supply expensive and needs a uk conversion chart.
This is a superb little unit and it does as described. At first it took some time to initialise and give any reading. This was due to there not being enough blood. The lances are very expensive, the generic are less than half the price and fit perfectly, and it took about 10 goes with New to get to the right amount of blood. The test strips are again very expensive, but again the genetics are less than half the price, and again it took a similar number. We love the unit and its used all the time. We wouldn’t be without it for our little Molly. It provides peace of mind when we think she’s not quite in balance. Let’s us make sure she’s ok, even to the extent of a very occasional treat to stop her food boredom. Definitely buy this but if the necessary replacement lances and strips don’t drop in value find the far cheaper and just as good genetics. They are identical.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

The only problem I had was that for some reason I wasn't able to program the time and date while setting it up, but it didn't effect the function so it was not a problem. Alot of the needles are useless.....
Shipping was reeeeeal slow. I had to use many needles and only was able to register 2 readings because 90% of them did not poke the skin enough, even at a 4 setting they were useless.
