My Usage of Seam Grip
I used to glue my rubber sole that came off, umbrella that rain sips in, hair comb that broke into 2 parts, clothing that had a small hole and etc...... It is a very good product and if you are a heavy usage user, then an 8 oz would be a good value to purchase.

Keep the contents liquid in the tube AFTER opening
When opening, punch a very small opening in the tube. AFTER opening & using partially, squeeze the end of the tube so all remaining Seam Grip is at the top, cover the top with VASOLINE, replace the cap & put the unused quantity/tube in the refrigerator. This will keep the remaining contents in a liquid, for use the next time.

Seam Grip does the job
I have tried water based seam sealers and ended up wet. Seam grip is messy to work with, slow to dry. So why 5 stars? BECAUSE IT TOTALLY WATERPROOFS THE SEAMS. the 8 oz tube is a great value, especially if you tend to overdue things. This way you have enough to finish the job and do another one.
