Not Perfect, But A Decent Job of Cleaning
It's not perfect, but does a decent job. Our windows needed to cleaning after the winter storms. We decided to try Windex Outdoor to see what would happen. We also have hard water, so we weren't expecting too much. We were surprised to see that the windows did look clean with minimal streaking. The windows looked 100% better after than before, so we are satisfied. We also have very large windows in our two-story house. Leaves too much dirt behind.

lever difficult to turn
