I love this knife!
I love this knife. It handles well, feels great in the hand and is extremely sharp. It's been used for basic outdoor chores around the farm so far... cutting twine, branches, shrubs, feed sacks and the like. I'm hoping to use it to process an animal soon and expect it to work well. The weight and the balance of this knife is spot on in my opinion. The leather sheath is well made and holds the knife deep and secure and it carries well. I would prefer a belt slot in the sheath instead of the dangle belt loop, but that is my carry preference. I would highly recommend this knife.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Razor sharp out of the box!
Benchmade did not disappoint with this knife. SV30 steel, perfect size/shape, wood handles are nice looking as well as having indents for finger tips (near blade for finer control), did I mention razor, and I mean shave the hairs on your arm, razor sharp. Blade has jimping for thumb and then more near the point of the blade. All for better control. And the suede sheath is great for vertical belt carry. You won’t be disappointed with this knife. amazing knife
I bought this knife for hunting purposes obviously. It is razor sharp. The sheath is amazing with it. With the lifetime you can't go wrong. I have used their life sharp program with other Benchmade Knives that I own, you mail it in and within 1 to 2 weeks you have your knife back like brand new. the grip on this is amazing and is perfect size for cleaning deer.
